液压泵是液压系统的动力元件,其功用是给液压系统提供压力油,从能量转换角度讲,它将是原动机(如发动机)输出的机械能转换为便于输送的液体的压力能。液压马达则属于执行元件,它能将输入液体的压力能转换为输出轴转动的机械能,用来拖动负载做功。根据结构形式,液压泵与液压马达具体可分为齿轮式、叶片式、柱塞式等类型。
泵的吸油滤油器,应采用泵流量的两倍以上,允许吸人真空度不大于0.013Mpa。在系统中的回油管路上,应设置过滤精度不大于20~30μm的回油滤油器,当新安装的系统工作10~20h后,可将回油滤油器拆开,取出滤芯,其内部有氧化皮、电焊渣、铁屑、砂粒和橡胶碎块等杂质,这些杂物是安装系统时未清理净的或液压件内部存留的,经压力的振动和流体的冲击而集中在回油滤油器内,若无回油滤油器时,则全部集中在油箱下部。
